Batgurl gets a tip that a common criminal (likely doing someone's dirty work for them) has broken into the commissioner's office after hours. She shows up to investigate and catches him in the process of going through files with a bomb in hand. "Can I help you with something?" She's extra confident seeing that it's her father's office. She'll put a stop to this mischief! The goon throws a punch though and they get into a fight. Pow! Bam! Zowie! They exchange blows back and forth. Finally the criminal gives up, but it's really a cheap shot. He puts a rag over Batgurl's mouth when she's down and puts her to sleep. Katwoman comes to make sure he's accomplished what she sent him to, and finding Batgurl asleep, she orders him to strip her of her boots, batsuit, and utility belt but allows her to keep her dignity by keeping her mask on for now. Katwoman makes the goon play with Batgurl's tits and smell her feet. She says to get the file and leave the bomb and Batgurl in the office as a gift for the Commissioner and to meet her back at the lair. Katwoman takes Batgurl's utility belt with her. The goon has some more fun with Batgurl's body, then ties her up and gags her, taking the file and setting the bomb. Batgurl wakes up to discover that she's been left stripped, bound, and gagged in her father's office with a ticking bomb. How humiliating if she gets found! With her ankles tied together and her hands cuffed behind her back, she'd forced to hop around the office in nothing but her pantyhose searching for a way to get rid of the bomb and escape. Will she be able to stop the bomb? Will she be found naked, bound, and gagged?
